AIRe Music provides a platform for the flute player to meet, play, learn and benefit from contact with other flute players – and professionals.
AIRe Music organises events which are open to all players who wish to attend, whatever their age and standard.
AIRe Music is run for Flute Players in the “AIRea” (and beyond) by two outstanding Yorkshire based flautists – Nikki Warrington from Huddersfield and Peter Lynch who lives in Leeds.

Nikki Warrington
Nikki studied flute and singing at Huddersfield University where she gained her undergraduate and Masters degrees specialising in performance. Her career includes performing, broadcasting and teaching.
As a soloist, Nikki has performed throughout the UK and made her international debut at the Menil Hermei Festival, France. Nikki is also a member of Ensemble Creatifs, who specialise in contemporary performance and tour extensively at home and abroad.
Nikki also works regularly as a session musician with many of the country’s leading artists and bands, recording and live. Her performances have taken her to the O2, Glastonbury and V Festivals..
Peter Lynch
Peter studied flute, piano and composition at the Royal College of Music and later completed a Masters in performance at York University. He also has a degree from the Open University.
His career, originally in Germany, now in England, includes composing, publishing, private teaching, performing, recording and broadcasting. His compositions and arrangements are published throughout the world and he also distributes his music on the FlutePlay.com website.
Peter has toured the world many times over as an examiner for the Royal Schools of Music. He is also a theory examiner and his arrangements are used on their examination syllabus.
